What is a Core Wound?
Our core wound is the deepest part of our subconscious programming that was developed in our childhood. This shapes our beliefs, behaviors, relationships, and so much more. This programming does not change until we consciously change it. Though there are over two dozen core wounds we each only have one of them. When we heal it, it is not replaced by another. Healing our core wound changes our perspective, heals what triggers us, and heals our reactive behavior. This frees up our energy to consciously create our life rather than continuously recreate what we're used to. This affects every aspect of your life.
